Isaac’s academic background is as diverse as his professional pursuits. He began his higher education at the University of Ghana, where he studied Music, Dance, and Theatre Arts at the prestigious School of Performing Arts. Isaac later expanded his academic horizons by studying Aeronautical Engineering at Shenyang Aerospace University in China, where he honed his technical skills and passion for aviation. His journey into the aviation field continued with a certificate program in pilot training at Ethiopian Aviation Academy, later transferring to Epic Flight Academy in 2023. Although financial challenges led to the deferral of the program, his determination to pursue aviation remains strong.

He is the founder of Young African Chief Executive Directors Network (YACEDX), which organizes influential events such as Small Business Sunday, Let’s Talk SDGs, and the African Magnates Summit. These events serve as platforms to connect African business leaders and discuss critical issues related to sustainable development and business growth.

As the CEO of 3SL Foundation and 3SL Academy, Isaac empowers the Deaf community by teaching sign language and nurturing their talents, opening up new avenues for personal and professional growth. His commitment to inclusive education is also reflected in his involvement with various humanitarian projects.

Isaac is the founder of Yoyo Properties, a real estate and property management company based in Ghana. The company specializes in leasing, selling, and renting properties such as lands, cars, and houses, helping clients find valuable real estate solutions.

He is also a co-founder of Hiredghana.com Ltd, a human resources and recruitment company that connects job seekers with employers worldwide, and Ghana Laughs Productions Ltd, an event planning company focused on using edutainment to promote social healing in Ghana.

As the principal lead at Airmart Group, Isaac oversees a diverse group of companies engaged in trading, import, and export. Airmart Dreamy Destinations, a subsidiary of Airmart, offers travel and tourism services, allowing Isaac to further combine his business expertise with his passion for global exploration.
